Eligibility Criteria for OAS-UTEP Scholarship
The applicant must fulfill all these requirements to apply for OAS-UTEP Scholarship:
- The OAS member state are eligible to apply (for the current UTEP students).
- Except the United States, the students who are registered for the Fall 2023 semester at UTEP are also eligible.
- You must be a legal resident of any of the OAS Member States.
- The applicants from Argentina must complete this Form and Need to submit it to Argentina’s National Liaison Office.

- Citizens or the permanent residents of the US.
- GS/OAS staff and their family members are not eligible.

The Expenses not Cover by the OAS-UTEP Scholarship
Expenses not covered by this scholarship are as follows:
- The remaining cost of tuition fees.
- The application fee is not covered by the scholarship.
- Health insurance of the student not included in the scholarship.
- Housing and food expenses will not covered by the scholarship.
- Books expenses are also not covered by the scholarship
